

Womens Health Rehabilitation
Our Women’s Health Exercise Classes are Practitioner-led sessions designed to support women through all stages of life, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and beyond. These classes focus on improving pelvic floor strength, core stability, posture, and overall functional movement.
Each session is tailored to individual needs and may include mat-based and reformer-style exercises to address common women’s health concerns such as pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal separation (diastasis recti), pelvic or lower back pain, and postural changes related to pregnancy and childbirth.
Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment to help women build strength, restore confidence in movement, and promote long-term pelvic health and wellbeing.
