Our Stretch Class provides a structured and therapeutic approach to improving flexibility, joint mobility, and posture. Guided by our Allied Health Assistants, each session focuses on controlled movement patterns that enhance range of motion and reduce muscular tension.
This class is suitable for individuals managing stiffness, reduced mobility, or recovering from injury, and can form part of a broader rehabilitation or exercise program. This floor-based class is designed for all ages and fitness levels who can get up and off the floor independently.
