Seniors Strength and Conditioning
Our Senior Strength and Conditioning program is designed to help older adults maintain strength, balance, and mobility through safe, evidence-based exercise. Led by our Qualified Practitioners or Allied Health Assistants, sessions are tailored to your individual health status and functional goals.
This program focuses on improving muscle strength, bone density, stability, and confidence with daily activities. Regular participation can assist in falls prevention, support independence, and promote healthy ageing.
These classes incorporates chair exercises, light cardio, light weights, and balance training to help maintain an active lifestyle.
