

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a clinically guided exercise program that focuses on improving core stability, posture, and movement control. Sessions are led by our Qualified Practitioners or Allied Health Assistants and are individually tailored to meet your specific rehabilitation or fitness goals.
Mat Pilates incorporates controlled movements and breathing techniques to enhance flexibility, coordination, and muscle balance. It is suitable for people recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to improve movement efficiency and functional strength.
Mat Classes can include light weights, balance exercises and pilates based exercises done either standing up or lying on a mat. It is important that you can independently get up and down off the floor to take part in this class.
