Cancer Rehabilitation
Our Cancer Rehabilitation program provides targeted exercise and support for people during and after cancer treatment. Sessions are delivered by our Qualified Practitioners and Allied Health professionals with expertise in oncology and lymphoedema care.
These classes are tailored to your individual needs and may include strength and conditioning exercises, flexibility and balance training, breathing techniques, fatigue management strategies, and education on self-care and safe return to activity. Each program is designed to address the physical and functional effects of cancer treatment, including fatigue, pain, weakness, and limited mobility.
Cancer rehabilitation aims to restore movement, rebuild strength and confidence, and enhance overall quality of life throughout recovery and beyond.
